What is the return policy on Three Tiny Knots products?

It is important to double-check your entire order and selections prior to completing your purchase. All sales are final.

Due to the nature and demand of our products, there are no returns or exchanges. 

Our bows are worn on active babies and children. Therefore, Three Tiny Knots is not responsible for any wear and tear these bows might experience. 

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please contact Kelsie at threetinyknots@gmail.com immediately and notify her that your items arrived damaged.

When will my product be shipped?

Turnaround time is 7 days. This allows Three Tiny Knots the time and attention to detail required to produce high-quality items, finalize, package, and ship at the post office. 

Shipment days occur on Fridays.

Turnaround time does NOT include shipping time and delivery to your location.

Can I pick up my product?

If you live in the Central Valley, you may schedule your item for pickup.

Pickup days are on Sundays and your order(s) will be available one week (7 days) from the purchase date. 

Where do you ship and what is the cost?

Three Tiny Knots ships to the U.S. ONLY and utilizes USPS and their basic rate. Shipping costs include shipping rates plus handling and PayPal fees. 

Please double-check your address when entering into the payment system. If an item is returned to Three Tiny Knots due to insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for the fees incurred through printing a new shipping label and re-shipping to the correct address.

What safety precautions do I need to be aware of with your product?

It’s very important to understand that Three Tiny Knots bows and bow ties contain small parts considered to be choking hazards. 

Your child should never be left unattended wearing any Three Tiny Knots products and child is never to sleep with the product. Three Tiny Knots is not held responsible for any bodily harm to persons wearing or using the products.

What products do you use?

Three Tiny Knots selects quality products from a variety of vendors. All products purchased are personally reviewed by Kelsie prior to making the product to sell.

Three Tiny Knots takes pride in utilizing vendors who provide high-quality products. All nylon used is soft and doesn’t leave an indent on your little love’s head.
